Worthy One Gifts Online Order Processing and Fulfillment
* We will ship most orders within 3 - 5 business days.
* Processing time does not include shipping time, and it can take
anywhere from 6 to 8 days for UPS to deliver your order to your door.
* Changes cannot be made on personalized items once the order has been
received.
* We offer a standard flat shipping rate of $9.00 per order, so order several items and save on the delivery fee.
* A 2-Day Delivery fee is $25.00
* Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless requested as a rush order.
* We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States of
America.
* Please note: Customers may be called prior to shipping if their
order's weight causes an excessive shipping fee.
* Please note: Candle orders will ship separately from other Gift
orders.
Worthy One gifts Online Returns/Exchanges/Damages
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be
reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Regrettably, due to the reality that most of our products are personalized, we cannot accept any returns. Therefore, all sales are final. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to Worthy One Gifts Online for inspection must be properly packaged, we will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Please email us at worthyonegifts@aol.com for Return Authorization. Returns will not be permitted without an RA (Return Authorization) number. Shipping charges
incurred by customer for Worthy One Gifts Online returns will be credited upon
inspection and approval of the return. We will pay to ship replacements via
UPS ground service only.
Please place your personalized candle and engraved orders at least 3 weeks prior to the event date to ensure that they arrive before your special day. Also, this will help to alleviate a rush-shipping charge($15.00)on personalized items.
