To locate a product use either the brows or search button at the top of each page. You can also click the appropriate category for your product in the listed of gift categories in the footer of each page.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You also have the option of paying with PayPal.

What is your California Sales Tax rate?
Our California Sales Tax rate is 8.75%. We do not currently charge a sales tax on items shipped outside of California.

Do you enclose gift cards prior to packing items for shipping?
We partner with several vendors, however, our non-personalized vendor does not enclose gift cards. All personalized items may have a gift card enclosed.

How can I track my order?
When you order is ready for shipping, we will email you the UPS tracking number and website address so that you can check on you merchandise.

What holidays is your office closed?

What is your shipping time frame?
We will ship most orders within 5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time, and it can take anywhere from 6 to 8 days for UPS to deliver your order to your door. Changes cannot be made on personalized items once the order has been received. For more information go to our Shipping Policies Page

What is your return policy?
Regrettalby,due to the reality that most of our products are personalized and many are for a one time usage like for a wedding, we cannot accept returns on any merchandise. Therefore, all sales are final. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to Worthy One Gifts Online for inspection must be properly packaged; we will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Please email us at worthyonegifts@aol.com for Return Authorization. Returns will not be permitted without an RA (Return Authorization) number. Shipping charges incurred by customer for Worthy One Gifts Online returns will be credited upon inspection and approval of the return. We will pay to ship replacements via UPS ground service only.

What is a Unity Candle?
A unity candle is the large candle, usually place in candelabra that is used in the wedding ceremony. Two tapered candles are placed in the candle holder along with the unity candle. Immediately after the bride and groom exchange their vows and rings, they each take one of the lit tapers and light the center unity candle. The unity candle signifies the joining of the lives of two special people, the bride and groom.

What is the order of initials for Monogrammed items?
The initials for a Monogram should be listed in this order: First, Last, Middle initial.
